Our Audience
Women
I specialize in supporting women who experience low self-esteem stemming from challenges such as failed relationships, abandonment, rejection, and issues related to self-worth. By reframing their thoughts and emotions, I provide practical tools and strategies that promote self-confidence and resilience.
Children/Adolescents
I specialize in helping children and adolescents discover their voice and develop a strong personal identity. By fostering emotional regulation and self-awareness, I support young clients in enhancing their emotional vocabulary, leading to improved self-esteem, reduced behavioral challenges, and better communication skills.
Families
In Family Therapy, I assist parents and children in strengthening their relationships. I address the unhealthy cycle that can occur when parents are emotionally unavailable or unaware of their child's needs, which can strain the parent-child dynamic. I then provide tools to build trust, foster mutual respect, and enhance overall family connectedness.
Meet Your Therapist
From Shadows to Light: A Journey of Healing
At six years old, my life was turned upside down when I was taken from my family and placed in foster care, where I faced physical and emotional abuse that left me feeling unworthy and alone. Isolated and unheard, I bottled up my pain, yearning for someone to understand my struggles as social workers and therapists came and went. From this suffering, I found purpose and pursued a career in social work, determined to be the empathetic listener I never had. Now, as a licensed therapist, I create a safe space for adults and children to share their stories, validate their experiences, and guide them toward healing, transforming my past into a beacon of hope for others.
